No one discusses politics to actually make things better, they just want to complain about what they think the other side is doing wrong.

I don't think that's true. I think we've had some productive discussions going back before the election. Some that got heated for sure, but over the last 4 years a lot of people changed their minds how they voted. I think that wouldn't have happened without discussions like the ones we have, creators and podcasters and the like having these conversations. I think people start to get pretty pissy around the time they narrow down who is going to run on the Dem or Rep tickets. And when people's contenders start dropping out like Bernie or like Gabbard, people start looking to who they are going to vote on. Some of those people disgruntled and tired of the political system and the games. I think in the end the goal of discussing these is that eventually every one is going to be redpilled. Everyone will finally wake up that the system doesn't work how it should. That our nation is literally divided 50/50 by way the elections have been in the last decade. The media has polarized everything, the politicians have polarized everything. The fact that it's the dems in power means nothing because the republicans are just as bad. The politicians are happy with the system. They get paid by this system. It will only change when the citizens do something about it.

Saying shit like redpilled implies you care more about being right than actually fixing anything. You aren't superior for having what you believe is the right opinion. You don't like it when liberals claim to be woke so don't stoop to their level.

Saying shit like red pilled means that I'm hopeful that more people will wake up. I haven't liked either political party since I started voting in 2001. I also don't believe I am superior. Notice the way I word my statements? "I think" + supporting reason. I'm open to conversations. But the woke stuff, I guess you got me there? I don't really care to be lectured on what kind of Disney movies I watch coming from someone that posts nude femboys on a forum littered with people that are underage.

To be fair, a lot of people post in that forum. I believe a lot of people stopped though when we all realized that the filter for adult content doesn't really work as it should. You can be friends with someone and have the restriction turned on and still see the things people post.
