Also, just a side tangent. At first, I was caught off guard with how 'stand your ground' and 'cop friendly' could be used in the same sentence, then I remembered the history my state had with prohibition and was like "Oh, that kind of thing is probably possible elsewhere." Just a little example of how much being raised somewhere can shape your perception. We kind of grew to disrespect the law thanks to bootleggers and speak easies up in the Chicago area. They used to drive that stuff all the way from canada when the lakes froze over. Like Lake Eerie. Not some little ponds or anything. So a lot of the libertarians down in the south are very standoffish when it comes to the law.

Yup. Its a very new way of thinking, and sad to say that there are sites across the web that are a hotbead for spreading those beliefs. That aside, most of our parents didn't even have the internet growing up, and they raised us. So culture and upbringing still have sway in our lives. Hell, rural parts of ohio were cut off from high speed internet until late 2000, when Obama finally mandated it.

Yep stand your ground. If they break into your place you shoot first as questions later. Police friendly as in the laws regarding policemen are generally guarded you wont see stuff like the dude who shot that girl to save the other one being arrested. That dude is gonna get life, for doing his job essentially. Saving someone's life and he is being arrested....as a cop. Crazy. But i have had a younger brother (actually get caught with an illegal firearm) and not be shot even tho he is black so i mean take that however you want

Daily reminder Democracy sucks ass...
Nah. My view on Democracy is that it only works with properly educated people. If politically iliterate people have the power to determine the course of their nation, then most surely they'd elect horrible authorities, whose convenience is to ruin/leave the educational system to produce more politically blind people and perpetuate their rule.

And another daily reminder:
You don't need some kind of "sacred" blood to be noble/aristocratic, as you don't need "common" blood to be a pleb, or even worse, a peasant.

I bet this dude just wakes up covered in women on a yatch on the dock, just to get off and hop in his million dollar sports car. Big chad energy.

There are places to protest and there are places where a protest does not make a lot of sense.
-In the streets it is ok
- In front of important buildings/institutions (I myselfs joined protests like this)
The message of the general protests is important but if someone would do that in my libary, where I have only limited time to study I would be pissed off.
There are better places to protest.

Yes, in the streets and infront of institutions. As long as it pertains to your message and makes sense. If you are talking about your local politician and abortion going to a burger king wouldnt make sense. Also places with unwritten rules such as the library. If you are gonna protest do it quietly by handing out flyers or something.

I mean you can be angry and pissed off... but a library, people are there to learn and to get done with college and other stuff. There are many buildings to get attention and where a protest makes sense.
It is necessary to protest but in a library... come on.
