uh I'm pretty sure they are illegal. But it's also like you said, people can make noxious shit or bombs out of common household items. Just because it's illegal won't make people stop doing it.

Generally speaking, any mass shooting consists of any shooting incident that leads to the injury or death of 3 or more people. The majority of "mass shootings" are from gang violence.
Bombs can be legal to own, but they are considered "destructive devices". You need an explosive ordinance permit signed off by the ATF to legally own and use them.

Well technically thats a double edged sword. Open carry yeah do you really need to be able to open carry but at the same time...concealed carry. Someone can have a gun and you not know.
