@dyadka_yar show me your source then, because this 'fake news uwu' bs with your side is insufferable @hell_hound7 its not. being high already isn't a crime if your at home, but possessing the drugs is a crime if we legalize the possession and only criminalize the sale then there will be less people to sell, and the market will go down. addicts are victims, not criminals iv heard arguments from libertarians that want to have drugs governmentally regulated so they don't have the kind of impurities that kill people, but I'm still a bit too uptight to agree to that. could be my anti-drug bias, i agree

Honestly idk how i feel about opening drugs to the general public. Weed and non addictive/largely imparing drugs sure have at it. But heroin, coke, meth anything that fucks you up absolutely not. Especially in low income areas they will just get hit even harder.

this wouldnt open drugs to the general public, and most people already smoke weed this would just mean that people that possess drugs cant be arrested. you can confiscate the drugs, just not arrest them

btw you can end the war and drugs and not decriminalize drug use just lower the punishment for being caught with drugs that's all it would take
