Just a simple thread talking about investments. Stocks, IRA, Mutual funds, Cryptocurrency and the like. Just a place to ask questions, recieve guidance, and spread knowledge.

So i have been looking into "investing" my money into either gold or cryptocurrency. With the way things are looking in the US i feel like the value of the US dollar will decrease. Anyone who is savvy in these sort of insurance investments, which is better? Gold or cryptocurrency? I know the value for both fluctuate to meet the demand but i also hear cryptocurrency has made people into millionaires. But gold will forever be valuable as it is used in technology.

Same i realize i am making some decent money as a single dude. I have no debt (besides a car loan im ahead on payments for 4 months and currently owe 7k after 3 years when i started at 15k) so im sitting pretty well money wise. Now is a good time to invest tbh, i just dont know jack shit.
