I did not combine the ciphers. The message is encrypted two separate times. During the first decryption there is no shifting involved. Just pay close attention to the alphabet, because it reveals how the first cipher works

@verucassault The T missing was my mistake, I fixed it now @foobar32768 Good job! This message is a clue to the next cipher that I am going to send. The exact keyboards I am referencing are the ones used in old phones.
