I'm not sure how to help ya there, but keep talking to him, maybe you could bring this up: Well, there's this guy I like but I'm afraid to tell him! So on, and so on. Maybe give him hints but not easy to figure out hints. Hope this helped (＞人＜;)

Biggest advice DON'T PLAY GAMES. Just come right out and say it for real I agree with Zen, especially on her the guys are't the most um, out going type, are afraid of rejection and I feel a lot of the time they ether don't get hints especially subtle ones, or they see the hint and think "nah she can't really like me", just because they are use to rejection. I personally hate the game of love and wish most people could just be more upfront with how they feel, but I've learned I have to play a bit of it or it's not interesting and I've learned how to play it a bit. When I see signs I screw the consequences and feelings of doubt and just come right out and say how I feel to the girl now but before I wouldn't have. I use to be super shy and I'm still working on it. That said I'd say be up front with him I think he'd appreciate it.
