Maybe your tolerance is too high. I feel like that's my issue. I need a 30 day reset but just can't find a time where I feel unstressed enough to go through with it.

@verucassault umm it's pretty ruined. been smoking about 2 grams of 20% thc chron erryday plus sometimes CO2 hash. it's been MORE ruined when i was at uni b/c ya know...we were smoking stupid gas, but yeah definitely was thinking of a t-break myself.
and also, yeah exactly, like it helps me so much in a physically therapeutic way that i really can't be pissed to stop, either. i can handle nightmares but i cannot handle the physical distress from my medical issues so stopping is NOT ideal
RIPP me i guess =p

Some tips to mental wellness:
1) Make sure your diet has plenty iron and vitamin B12, those are the easiest to miss in diet and their deficiency can cause a general lack of energy and feelings similar to depression
2) Calcium is another important element which is often missed in diet. Not as important for mental health, but it can cause generalized body pain if it is less in your body and body pain can affect your mental state.
3) If a lot of people from your family/area has hypothyroidism, then there is a good chance the salt you use is not iodinised, so get iodinised salt (hypothyroidism is something that should be looked out especially if you are in a salt restricting diet)
4) Excercise!! Even a 5 min excercise can give you a huge boost in endorphins and stress hormones, and they can provide you a huge boost in your mental state and not to mention the additional health benefits excercise has.
5) Have a piece of 75%+ dark chocolate daily! It's better than coffee in health and mental health benefits and doesn't have addiction potential like coffee.
6) Do simple eye excercise to release the strain in your eyes. Eye strain causes fatigue easily and often confuses people into thinking they have some other illness. This is especially true if your number increased and you aren't aware of it.
7) This is one of the more difficult tips and most people are not going to follow it. But if you do, it will help you more than anything else. Have a fixed schedule! Whether it be sleeping at night or in morning (preferably at night), but have it fixed and don't change it. When you have an irregular schedule, it releases excess melatonin in your blood and that dysregulates your hormone system, and eats your energy.
8) Stay out of MO

Lmfao I’ve been stressing that last one for myself. Stuff like this is really toxic to an unstable mind in large quantities. Also the 7th one is definitely a must especially for me, since I have a hard time sleeping a schedule puts me right to bed. If I mess it up I lay around for forever. Honestly never done research on the vitamin ones, I’ll look into it myself as well as the eye one. The rest of them are spot on and stuff I learned from licensed professionals.

Funny, but in all seriousness if you’re unwell mentally, stuff like this can be a stressor. Like it can make you come to assumptions that may or may not be true. Or make you just flip off the handle at stupid shit. Which in all honesty leaving MO and monitoring my usage has helped me a ton mentally.

On an off topic and somewhat positive note. I’ve noticed that my mental health issues in the past and the stuff I’ve experienced have changed me quite a bit. As in like compared to my local peers or people I’ve met in IRL. It’s made me I guess “different” than these people. However I’ve noticed that these experiences have made me into the person I am today and I’m somewhat proud of that fact. Like because I’m different I can do things they can not fathom. Like I can help and relate to people that are going through things I’ve went through. They can’t even begin to understand the deep seated pain and despair that my fellow people go through. (At least they make it appear as such, I can’t read their mind but based on actions I can concur they have no idea what it’s like.) I’ve also been through a multitude of unique situations. however I think that me going through all of this has made me into a kinder, insightful, compassionate, mature and understanding individual. Which I prefer over things I’ve seen around here, where kindness is a weakness stuff like that. I also feel that me not being like everyone else has also opened doors that not everyone has access to. I honestly rather be extraordinary than ordinary. (I think I botched this heavily but I’m sure whoever reads this can understand what I mean.)
