@sobo275 In this universe yes. I'm guessing it would have a similar effect to a true vacuum state where the stability of all matter decays. However if it is isolated in another universe then that is an issue that we don't have to deal with since it belongs to that universe. It is kind of like if you are in a house and you are boiling water. It doesn't make the water in your neighbor's house boil. If it doesn't enter the boundaries of our universe we should be fine.
