In the context of America, he isn't a Right-wing. Well, in a general sense... outside his taxing plan and his inclination to progressiveness, what makes him not a centre-Rightist?

Biden would be a Rightist here, for example bc he isn't all for hatemongering companies or wanting to give tax breaks and subsidies to National companies. The left here would call him even Far-Right.
