so we gotta dip our toes slightly into metaethics not all morals are ethical, it depends where you derive them from i derive my morals from empathy. i believe this is the superior framing for my ethics. do onto others as you would have done onto yourself

Morality is objective is a fallacy, though. If you yourself just said you don't fault indeginous peoples for killing to surivive, does that not mean you actually are accepting of certain peoples killing animals?

yes i am this is a very common misconception I'm often having to clear up veganism is not no meat ever veganism is literally do as little harm as reasonably possible those people can not reasonably become vegans, there for i dont think they should have to follow veganism to be morally sound
