The pizza boy can pull the gun if hes scared for his life. We agree on this. If the pizza boy's life is threatened he can do so. Then its up to the court to judge if he was in the right side of the law. Not at all, he was irrational because he was visibly on drugs.

does this include people not having their hands in the air when he gives them their food? that's the standard you have with cops, that hands should be visable can we add that to his rights?

he was not visually on drugs have you ever been scared? had a panic attack? i have gad and i probz would have acted like that too drugs is no excuse because the cops did not know at the time and its dangerous to tell cops to always assume someones intoxicated

At the start of the video they are warned that hes acting a erratic so they have an idea that hes on drugs. Also according to the media, the police officer on the right side of the vehicle knew Floyd personally.
