eh shit. we're trying to buy a house but there's so much fuckery with the seller and the agent. basically these faggots tryna sell us a house that has no build records or allowance or sht like that. i don't know the exact words in english. we basically demanded them to redo those papers but these faggots sent us an email like 2h ago talking shit like this isn't part of the deal that we signed etc (on the contract papers those two points weren't marked, so it didn't say does this house have those papers yes or no.) aaaaaand honestly, me personally i'd take this shit to court.

my parents both being dumb asses didn't notice it. and they didn't notice another grave mistake either. so basically we kinda fucked ourselves over (?) ish

it's a long story tho. in the first contract that we were supposed to sign it did say that the house does have those. but one day before signing and money transfer those bitches change the contract claiming it doesn't

basically if we were to buy it as it is, we wouldn't even be allowed to live in it. or renovate or anything. we would have to pay an extra 10-15k to get everything checked and those papers done. like fuck me the house is 155k, and + all the retards that want money + all tax bullshit that costs us we get to around 168k like wtf how much more r we supposed to pay. i'm really about to say fk that shit.

yea we can cancel because they changed the contract. in other words cuz they cancelled we get the right to refuse without any penalties.

depends. see this house is quite close, well built, in good condition, no humidity and is also quite spacious. idk if we will find a better one
