umm question how often do you guys do grip strength is once a week enough or like abs you hit'em everyday you go to the gym?

Umm....a question. I'm totally clueless about exercising.... and I'm looking for overall body fitness, don't want be buff (for now) but would like to get some muscle on these bones. So what routine should I follow in terms of diet and exercising to be able to do so ?

@koroshiya_desu I usually train my forearms and grip during back days. I only do a few exercises, it seems to be enough for me. @hiretsunaotaku Not sure what your weight and the calorie count you consume is, but I suppose you will need to slightly bulk for some time. Bulking means going over your normal calorie count that you eat. Essentially overeating. But ofcourse while bulking you need to also work extra hard in the gym

umm so once a week...I do it after my biceps both forearms curls and grip strangth...exercises ^^

@koroshiya_desu Do you also have some grip strength problems?

hmm yh hate when my grip gives out first when I do back and lat exercises ^^ kinda want to improve that

@koroshiya_desu I mostly see grip problems when I have to do deadlifts and barbell rows. The weight always wants to slip out of my hand xD

Went to work out with my female friend using resistance bands. That shit was great. Used the heavy one to do squats and different workouts following a youtube video routine.
