@amir_bahram They are just carbonated flavored water. No sugar or sweetners. I had a slight soda addiction several years back so to cut down on the sugar intake I switched to Perrier. That's when the sparkling water thing kicked off. I still buy Lemon and Lime Perriers. The stuff is amazing.

If anyone’s from northern US have you tried the Meijer sparkling water? It’s pretty good imo
