like there is a lot of people that are sentenced to prison for life. so.. since for sure the won't break out and no1 will break them out.. might as well contribute to science..

see the problem with experiments on humans is that the general lame ass boring population would not view this as something "humane".

Well both count, you never know when a govt could move on to its civs with shit like that though. There’s no guarantee a government has it’s civilians 100% in mind.
