However, you still access to the aircraft and air force infrastructure for non-lethal purposes. However, if the rebels request first-aid or evacuation, they'll have it to. If you want the air force's full backing in this war, all that stuff about having your soul is unnecessary, all you have to do is be willing to negotiate peacefully with the rebels , do away with the repressive policies of your predecessor and if a compromise in leadership positions cannot be met, then perhaps an agreement on new elections sometime in the near future can be reached.
