I think you overlooked something... Yuma's black trigger can replicate his opponent's powers, no matter how difficult it is to control, he can control it. Plus he can detect you moves instantly. So, it's actually a tie.

My vote is for All Might since I'm not sure if Yuma's body can handle the power

Yuma has a trion body, so anything that isn't made of trion can't really kill him. Watch "World Trigger" to learn more about that.
