Ohh, that’s just straight up chocolate, right? I thought you meant it was mixed into the normal sausage gravy. I like putting jam on top of biscuits and gravy so I’m not judging.

Commonly used is beef, and some use chicken or fish. But the best Rendang flavor is made from beef
