It 100% depends on weither both the patient and the doc are ready to be honnest with each other imo, but it can be quite useful no doubt about that!

Make yourself a second personality and push all the worries and stress on him ...while the personality will break from the sheer load of the accumulate one day so repeat...you will have a clear head yourself to think and act logically ^^

It's hard finding a good one. I have a problem with taking advice or listening to people that aren't as intelligent but if they are fast enough and witty enough to keep up, it's worth talking to one. It's expensive. I've been shopping around for one but whenever I get the estimates of how much one costs through my insurance, I'm like.... Yeah..... weed's less expensive.

I'm the opposite tho, Vargas. I find it easier talking more openly and honestly with people I don't know, don't care to get to know. Like someone you can tell anything to that isn't involved ever in any of the stories. Example? I don't like talking about my friends with Arc because that will give him permission in the future to have an opinion or share advice. My thoughts about my friends can severely impact his opinions of them. Visa versa with talking about Arc with my friends. No, for me, tis best to talk to people who are unbiased and have no horse in the race.

Personally, I think it would be beneficial to get feedback on how to solve ongoing problems from someone I don't know. Mostly because I don't have anyone I can talk to about my problems irl.
