The Velvet Room

master_igor
My, what have we here? Some outsider has once more gained temporary control over my domain! No matter, I have returned. Let me properly introduce myself, hmhm. My name is Igor and I welcome you to the Velvet Room! https://youtu.be/jcYzZjIpSek A place that exists between dreams and reality; such a space is necessary for awakening the hidden potential inside humanity.

How gracious indeed to be given an opportunity to speak with my master! Normally the Velvet Room is only open to select visitors, however it seems that for the time being no such restrictions apply. I look forward to witnessing all the unique interactions our new guests will provide.

That's wonderful to hear. We look forward to learning about your experiences with each of the journeys our former wild card users went on. Which were your favorite moments? @frozenxheavens

hmmmmm. maybe falling for the hometown sweetheart amagi yukiko-chan! although honestly i'm starting to realize p4 MC would probs go after rise-chan... but honestly, probably nanako's depiction of heaven as her palace, and that beautiful music playing, that had me sobbing like a child (i lost my mother when i was young, it was ESPECIALLY heart-wrenching). also all of those "oh shit" moments each character has when you reach max affinity with them, those are damned touching and heart-melting for the most part. i really could care less for the turn-based tactics, there are points when working for an OP persona is a lot of fun in a traditional rpg/jrpg sense, but the thing that kept me coming back for 8 hour binges in p4 and p5 was the visual novel aspect, ultimately. the writing is too goodddd. love the high fantasy and japanese bildungsroman vibe. truly sensational!

I'm sure my older sister Margaret would agree that her guest's adventure in the town of Inaba was most eventful. Speaking of best girls, what were your thoughts on Marie? I've been informed that many are divided upon her addition to the orginal story. It might be hypocritical for me to say this, but the original was perfect. Nothing against the goddess Marie mind you. Just she didn't seem necessary to the established themes. @frozenxheaven

Goddamn, how many accounts you gots Gabriel?

i actually haven't played p4g, and have only seen bits of marie and the golden content online. but as of right now i am RIGHT there with you. p4 was such a perfect package, i think adding a winter semester and another gril with a weird fantastical background is just a bit overkill to what was already the quintessential teenage epic

Perhaps this Gabriel you speak of is a true wild card user? @alephy Ah, I agree with you. Seems the world of Persona grows needlessly at times. Shifting to fulfill an undefined purpose. Yet that too is part of the fun! @frozenxheaven

aye aye! moreover, i think there's a few potently 'deep' lessons to learn about personal psychology and actualization from the games. the writers have a profoundly noble view of what it means to be a good and honest person, and a lot of that is making sure you're as healthy as you can be before you dare to try and help others achieve the same. the game just reeks with a love for life and social interaction so strong it's overwhelming to the trained proverbial olfactory sense. love it, love it, love it! alright i'm done fanboying out about it >_< back to my mountain lair
