I was once babysitting someone's animals for about 5-7 days. She was the mother of someone I knew at the time. I believe I was 21 or 22 here. So, everything seemed fine for the first 3 or so days. However, things got kinda weird for me. At first I thought I was paranoid, but something that happened at the end imo confirms my suspicions. Basically, nobody was in the house except me and occasionally my little brother and the animals. I remember going there one day to feed the animals and the dog food was scattered all over the ground and the dogs were eating it. Now, this is bizarre because the dog food was very much out of reach and there's really no plausible way it could have fallen over on its own. the only possibility is someone was in the house and purposely gave them the food so the dogs wouldn't bark at him/her and give away their position. However, I honestly ignored it. Maybe I misremembered or maybe I was just being stupid. I open the fridge and notice the milk or some sort of drink (can't completely remember what it was) seemed out of place and moved. It didn't look THAT much different, but enough where my mind noticed the difference. later that night, my brother and I BOTH heard a door close in the kitchen. Loud enough where it was obvious somebody forcefully shut it. after that, we left the house. also, after that one of the dogs refused to enter the kitchen out of fear. Til this day, we have no idea who was in the house with us but somebody was... That or a ghost but logic says the former.
