@amir_bahram Of course I have. My path in the past was all trial and error. Before I met my coach, I asked other members in the gym, looked at the videos, internet articles. There were times when I tried a new exercise, and would do it wrongly due to now knowing the technique propertly or due to mobility problems that I had. A very long time ago I was doing a dumbbell shoulder press and my elbow was a little too far back and I lost balance of the dumbbell and it almost twisted my arm, but I dropped it safely

Oof I don't know really. Logical jokes that really make sense and are relatable to real life really get me cracking. But it has to be silly nothing sad or something like that
