You miss the point, Marcus-kun, I meant if demands are too high, guys get shot down, then guys who get shot down, will show decrease in self-perception of self-worth as a consequence, then that could lead to them becoming simps, and hence the girls' confidence and demands could increase. Not saying it applies to everyone, just saying it it's probably a causal explanation for some cases.

In that way you're right, friend. Yeah, getting shot down enough times can lead men to become simps. But that's only because they gauge their value through external validation of select members of the opposite sex. That's where the real problem lies. Girls, or anyone for that matter should not have to lower their standards, or be told that their standards are too high because of that, because simply, that's not where the problem of simps lies xP
