Legs and tail meat would prob be okay. Wouldn't get anything close to any vital organs just in case.

New Orleans and Savannah. You can find loads of places serving it in the south. Lots of pop control. If they aren't hunted they would take over the ecosystems in the swamp lands. Typically range from Texas to the Carolinas.
