I'm now using this as a tracker so I can give days and times to my doctor. I have a feeling I'm getting a sleep aid on my check up.

Ooooooh, did you do the sleep test yet? Good luck with getting a sleep aid.

@criselington Never done a sleep test before. I bought some supplements that's are suppose to promote sleep last night so will see how those work.

Oh, I see. Did they at least give you the sleep hygiene rules that help with the process of falling asleep and/or using the sleep aids. Also, the sleep test is dumb as hell, haha. I think even people without insomnia would have trouble falling asleep during that

@criselington Nope. I haven't been to a doctor about it specifically. I was prescribed anxiety meds a year ago because it was affecting my sleep, but didn't talk about sleep aids. I would say half the time I have problems falling asleep and the other half is problems staying asleep.

Oh yeah just in case you want to try it the 10 3 2 1 rule in sleep hygiene is no caffeine 10 hours before you plan to go to bed, don't eat 3 hours before bed, no work 2 hours before bed, and no electronics an hour before bed. If you'd like, I can give you a list of sleep hygiene things you can do that I got when I was diagnosed with insomnia.
