@921 the wall won't do anything. Most illegal immigrants come here on work visas and just stay after it expires. Illegal immigrantion has been a problem since the Romans. We need to improve humanity as a whole to improve illegal immigration.

@Ghost, you'd also have repeal the 1965 immigration law currently on the books and go back to the 1954 one where we only allowed 100,000 new immigrants per year and 2/3s of them had to come exclusively from Northern and Western Europe.
