Is there a cure for depression?

=P is dere? I dun wanna take pills cuz it makes me feel "different then everyone else" I realized I probobly cant keep up this "happy act" forever

Fight it with something you love. I had it once but now I put all my feelings into poems, art and music. There is not really a cure for it but you can fight it.

Finding something you really enjoy and want to make something of, like for me it was Criminal Justice! once you find something you really like(does not have to be career based, but it helps) you work at it and then you will meet more people who enjoy it and will be overall happy =P i was seriously bad depression a few years back and i wanted to die, i took a long time to get through that(like 4-5 years) but now i am so much better. i am a success story that should help other people realize there is hope (lol funny to hear myself say that)

Face you demons and it shall make you happier. Me? i face my demons by mostly realizing what they are and dealing with them head on! Confidence is a HUGE helper for almost anything(bullies, depression, even stuff like tests lol)

pills are a big help, but don't over due it, they will stop you from confronting the real issues, it was only after i got off them that i really started to face things in the face

well that will save you a shit ton of $ lol, but if i could have i would have done it without them! the only reason i used them was because i was basically forced to. I felt they kept me from really facing the issues! Pills control depression, but they do not fix it
