Help with Character Design!

Idk, I've only seen the first few eps, but from what I can gather they look rather similar.

Blue excorcist focuses around the grandson of a priest who's mission it is to excorcise all the demons from Earth. As it turns out he is actually the son of Satan, and that's why the spirits are attracted to him. So he has to fight the spirits back into hell for his Grandfather. Kinda similar o3o

lol i read the manga and i dont see how it is XP hes the son of satan bent on destroying him :P going to an exorcist school is just a background detail id think XP

Oh ok. I've seen like two eps XD

The boy, try short two toned hair of red and black. Innocent but also troubled. School uniform always adds innocence. Maybe a loose tie. Skinny jeans, and tennis shoes. Later once things get more serious he can change to casual clothing and grow more as a character.

I've never liked the idea of characters wearing one thin for 50-100+ episodes...if you do this he needs to be wearing something new each new day.

Well, it IS how anime is. But that doesn't mean innovations aren't welcome. If they get mad for that, they aren't real Otakus XD
