Coronavirus. Your thoughts? [Serious and Non-Serious]

Yeah, it's ruined everything. I remember back in March they announced a bunch of bands that I like that rarely tour the states were coming to do a show in Boston on April 6.... they immediately announced the cancelation just a few hours after announcing the shows due to COVID.

Everybody I know has been sneezing too frequently for comfort over the last couple of weeks, myself included. I've noticed when I go out grocery shopping, the use of hand sanitizer and cleaners have become lax while this is the time of the year where we need to be more diligent about using them. Only 2 million in the US have been vaccinated while the US cases top 19 million with 333K deaths.

Just made an appointment to have my brain scraped. I'm fairly certain it's just allergies but we need to go visit Arc's grandma. Better to be safe than sorry.

I went into my office today. It was weird. Only 2 other people were there. I packed up all my things. I think we are looking at my department doing work from home permanently. Aside from distractions, it's very doable from home. I packed my daily calendar I got for Christmas in 2019 from my cousin of demotivational quotes. It was still on March 16, 2020, the day I was told to leave the office early b/c of COVID.
