@kyros96 LOL Pirate. We've just started house shopping here and honestly, it crossed our minds several times.

mate, can u believe how many old people that literally do not need a house or appartment near a city, own one- and rent it out to make money? i personally think that apartments and houses next to cities should be owned by the gov, and be given to the worker class. and any old people that become retired should be shipped off in the middle of nowhere to a nice house in some valley. it's not like they need to be close to a city to go play casino.

I've never noticed that with old people and I work with a lot of them, most of them just wanna sell the house so they can retire.

Even in Covid Atlanta is still growing rapidly. The area we live in, straight up can't afford a new house. They are at least 500K. So we are shopping a couple communities over and the ones there look like absolute shit. Like a house that shouldn't cost more than 150K and they are only sitting on the market for 5 days if they look nice and going for 300K+.
