the basic formula is (describe the action)+(attack/defense)+(number 1-6). you can also use images to illustrate.

ok just do it something like this...you can make your attacks fancy too and use gifs and stuff... like this: *transforms into battle outfit* https://media.giphy.com/media/QZUOV43N6pXKWe6due/giphy.gif *morphs my arm into a blaster and fires* https://media.giphy.com/media/Yr6AnrcEQq6lEZTWJ3/giphy.gif *blasts her attack back* https://media.giphy.com/media/L3Wv0TBKV2aWeOLrSI/giphy.gif defense 5! (<- thats the important part right there)
