Stare into the candle. Stare into it, for as long as you need or want. Close your eyes.
Breathe faster than usual. Chase the afterimage of the candle.
Chase it, in the darkness of what you can see, while all you can see are your closed eyelids.
Can you see anything? Is the candle flame still there?
Keep it there. Keep it in the center, or try, at least.
Chase it if it tries to run. If it disappears, open your eyes.
Sleep.
Awaken. Repeat. But this time, use your third eye.
Don't repeat previous mistakes. Don't waver. Don't stray from the path of enlightenment.
Forever you will be alone, but always connected. Do not be afraid, son, do not be afraid, daughter.
You will be okay. You need guidance.

Good luck. Prepare to feel tired afterwards, though.

Sadhguru has a shoonya program. Though the techniques are considered advanced and not taught openly.

it's probably a bad idea to practice it without paying someone for it. I went to a.. temple? of sorts, in the netherlands

the person who taught me this meditation technique actually told me (plainly) that people without the guidance of a professional, depending on what you're trying to achieve, can actually get a psychosis from doing this method.
