I'm sorry that you have lower standards and aren't confident in your selves enough to voice the truth of what you're looking for in a partner. and to Lace, If I keep living like this there is hope for you yet XD ;P I am confident in knowing what I want. I don't have a pretty face and I have tons of insecurities, but I'm not letting that stop me. I'm here because I literally googled, "Dating sites for anime nerds" and this one was ranked #3. Your negativity isn't going to push me off this app. If I had that mindset, I wouldn't be in the military, like I am now; I wouldn't even be in college, like I am now. How I wonder how this thread would be different were OP a guy looking for a specific body type? Nothing against OP, I've just seen the roles reversed, the fire burn and nary a lash bat. To the people who mocked/memed/made fun of her, please understand that MO is a friendly website! You should not do these things. Everyone is welcome here, whether you like them or not. Shut your mouth if you can't say anything nice/friendly. You's are lucky she has the personality to still stay on the site, and that's saying something. Imagine judging someone for their personality and making fun of them just because you're jealous that she's alpha. gosh. I don't mean to start anything but some of y'all just need to consider people's feeling when saying these things. It's really mean! yaashat: interesting take! I guess that's what us guys have to deal with on this front, we should not speak our mind on our own preferences unless it's said in a joking way. Prejudices and stuff.

To those who are complaining about the ones making an opinion and mentioning how the not so great parts of the reality of what she can find on this site stop acting so full of yourselves. The ones who are actually calling us jealous and cruel really needs to get off their high horse. Just because an opinion isn't all sweet and supporting doesn't mean it's putting another down. Yet you "white knights" who are saying we're judging her and putting her down are actually being judgemental yourselves. Calling us jealous, insecure, and jerks when all most of us did was give our own opinions on what she mentioned and what she can find on here are truly being judgemental. We only mentioned about looks fading, how most members may not fit her image, another route that could help her find her options, and the dangers of what filth that lurks around this site would target. If you guys are so concern about stopping judgemental attitude I suggest some of you look at your own posts. If you can't swallow that part of what is then those that dragged the opinions down shouldn't get involved just like how they think we shouldn't.
