Teen Titans Anyone?

@foo YES shade was SUCH a good antagonist he was everything an antagonist needs to be! (lets not forget that robin alluded to being batmans kid in teen titans as well) @etern *high five for being part of the cable cutter club* i follow a lot of youtubers that talk about cartoons and criticize them and applaud others, and theyv pointed out that teen titans go is a very insecure show they, in their own show, frequently make fourth wall breaking jokes, including saying things like "this is a kids show, why would adults care so much about a kids show!?" because of all the hate it was getting, and im pretty sure the whole episode of them being "serious" was making fun of people who want them to be the old teen titans? which no one does xD they dont understand why people hate on teen titans go and just assume its salty adults that shouldnt be watching cartoons the whole episode about that kid from the make a wish foundation was just them using the kid to deflect hate on the show. like why would you make an episode for a kid from make a wish and take shots at your critics inside that episode? it was in extremely poor taste the show runners admitted to never watching teen titans, which is hella dumb to not research the show your rebooting, and how they take criticism (some i agree isnt warranted) is to just say adults shouldnt watch a kid show and expect to be impressed, despite the original teen titans literally being a kids show that impressed adults sorry for the rant xD i cant say the show as a stand alone is bad and some of the jokes hit the mark, but the creators of the show have a LOT to be criticized for

@kurok i really shipped raven with robin personally xD a ship that will never sail to sea, i know... i never really liked starfire too much, never hated her or disliked her, but her whole "fish out of water" schtick was over used she would have learned human society in the time shes been on earth damn it!! but the puberty episode with her in the cocoon was a really good one, easily one of the best episodes

i feel like the OG ben ten was a good replacement for teen titans though similar style, good plot, silly but had very dramatic moments super hero static shock is another not enough people talk about

On that same note generator rex didnt get as much love as it should. Ben 10 was great too and static shock was always a fave but Wish more came out of the adventures rex had

You are so right, fellow Otaku. I'm not a fan of the Starfire tentacle stuff but my friend Is trying to get me to like the tentacle genre haha
