For my all time fav I still can't decide between Shana from Shakugan no Shana and Mina Tepes from Dance in the Vampire Bund. I love cute and innocent looking girls that can rip you to shreds. Also Kotori from Date A Live! OMG! She's so effen hot! I also love Yuno Gasai from Future Diary as I have a weakness for yanderes.

Shizune from Mai Hime (Have a thing for those dark types), Erza from Fairy Tail (@Oreo: Indeed!), Haru from Akuma No Riddle, Yoko Litner from Guuren Lagann (bad ass girls with guns make me drool)and Konata from Lucky Star (because she's too damn cute!)
