@infernal lol. Arc and I have been obsessing over them since we got a Jinya here. They make the best ramen and seasoned soft eggs. I have found that steaming them works better than boiling because it makes the shells easier to peel. Also, if you add just a bit of baking soda to the water, it helps when peeling them.

@verucassault Gosh I always found it a pain to peel them not gonna lie but I guess hard boiled would go nicely with other things like ramen, might have to do more experimentation with my cooking from the sounds of things! I'd be amazed if my opinion can change on hard boiled now haha

@ infernal Theres also a trick you can do if you have a good enough spoon. You can crack the egg shell, then slide the spoon under the shell membrane, if you are careful enough and patient enough you can rotate the spoon around the egg to separate it from the shell.
