Taking a hint

There is alot of people who work up the courage to send a message in hopes to connect. But when the person you are trying to connect with isn't interested then they give off obivous hints. Here's one if they start responding with one word answers then no surprise there they aren't interested. What other Hints have you guys gotten or given out?

I like to make things very clear myself. If I'm interested, I tell you, if not, I also tell you. It's also a sign if they don't want to do things with you, and either straight up tell you no, or they make excuses. If someone likes you, they also want to spend time with you or talk to you. Simple. Of course there is the case that they need some space or alone time, but that's something different.

ah yes the good old one word answers and lack of questions, i usually can't be bothered to talk to someone when i am the only one asking questions or answering with more than "thanks" and "yeah lol".

Max lol that aint a hint. But I do think that's a better way of handling things rather than give off hints. I mean the one that probably sucks the most is the no response even tho you can Cleary see they are active/online lol.
