What's your selfcare routine?

Mental self care by being treating others how I'd like to be treated. Physical self care..I do aerobics a few times a week and shower every day and wash my hair every other. I try to clean up my living space every few days so it doesn't turn into a garbage can..since even the air feels nicer and is easier to breath in after a clean up. I can deal with a few clothes on the floor but I dislike having crumbs everywhere so Iwipe them away right away..I'm not uptight nor too casual, somewhere in the middle

I wish I had to shave everyday... Workout in the morning followed by a breakfast of course. Showers, shampoo and conditioner. Comb and wax my hair. Then lightly ruffle and shake to get a more natural look. Shave every three days. I use a charcoal bristle toothbrush for my teeth (duh). And this Island is only 20km across. I can walk most everywhere within a reasonable time. So no need to drive. Also i use Lynx Australia because I'm a damn Patriot.

Also I can't stand the feeling of nail clipping and prefer filing. So, I'm one of those annoying people.

Someone once told me that clipping can cause white lines on your nails. I don't have any though.

Every day: run: 6 am - 6 30 am shower 7 (8 if im feeling lazy) breakfast 9 homework/study/work 11-3 3 meal :DDDDDD homework x2 study x2

Been getting in to doing at home workouts, still working on the mentality to really get in to a proper routine. I will clean everything around me like every other day, got some clean laundry hanging about though since I have no proper room to put it. Gotta clean myself up often, long hair is a hassle, and I work with animals so the smell from them really rubs off.
