Why Highschool Sucks (Or doesn't suck)

Don't be mistaken there, Japanese students can be just as bad as Western students because some of them will also bully until the person commits suicide, it isn't uncommon for the bully to even actively encourage suicide. In Japan they are also dealing with a problem where people are withdrawing from society completely and basically become hermits in their parents' home due to social pressure.

ehm yeah we did have dat janitor thing going... that was always a competition... beeing respectful was always key... tho I don't remeber the major festival events... I was in a vietnamese school till I was 3/4. grade soo yeah... interresting thing was the math from 3/4. class actually surpass the one in western classes and I had the knowledge of 7th grade math....

Yes~In Jiangsu where competitions among students are most fierce, students in ordinary highschools have to stay in school from 6:30 am to 22:00, ＜11:30-12:30 lunchtime＞;＜5:30-6:30 dinner time＞.During lunchtime and dinner time, students can leave the school~ʕ•ᴥ•ʔWe can have 1.5 days off every two weeks...Probably students in big cities don't have such kind of schedules, they even don't have to stay in the classroom until 10 PM in the evenings....

damn the school plan was the same O.O I was in school for 6:00 to 20 Pm and my sister be like till 22:00Pm saturday was school ... sunday was cram school....

In Asian schools..I guess homeroom teachers like to encourage" students to pay more attention to their schoolwork by contacting students' parents? Then those students will probably get scolded by parents. Traditional values: one day as ur teacher, the whole life as your "father".一日為師,終身為父.

^ Relatable, also chose one that wasn't as good on purpose because I knew I wouldn't get a lot of homework and the homework that I would get would be pretty easy. The things I used to do just to have more time to play games.

High skool sucks. They teach useless drivel. It's mind numbing and you have all the other annoying teenagers to deal with. Then you got teachers. 1 out of a 1000 is nice but other than that they are fatheaded jerks. Only useful skills I got in skool was basic arithmetic and reading/writing. With those you can learn on your own.
