Furries?

Why doesn't suprise me that you started a topic like this. Lol, mot of my friends are big into the furry thing...I'm not.

I'm a furry but I don't go telling people into anime about it. Most of the time Otaku's and furries do not mix although without anime we would not have furries in the first place. Also to add not all furries are into the stuff they put on the news to make us look bad. Those furries are to a lot of furs not even considered real furries.

I'm not a furry, and I was once awkwardly propositioned by someone in a fursuit at a con so I tend to be weary of others. I don't mind nekomimi stuff, but full suits freak me out a little.

Personally I never got the connection between furries and anime besides the obvious mature cartoon nature of both. Well you alway see a pack or two of them at most cons, and at least three or four pedo- bears.

I dont consider myself a furry but I do appreciate the fandom :3 and I have been to a furry con and am going to another one this year. Furnal Equinox in Toronto.
