really? so you think any boss is within his rights to document his sexual fantasies about his underlings in a way that could leak? what if he told these fantasies to a coworker? where does the bar start between fantasy/sexual harassment?

umm lets see if the boss used different names in his writing and published the fictional work to the public..i dont think coworkers that who was the basis of the work can sue him
