When it comes to veganism, filthy frank pretty much captures my stance on it. I can only add that in our world it's an unfortunate inevitability that we have to kill something to sustain our life. Be it a plant, animal, or even people for survival. I don't doubt farming practices could be better but forcing veganism isn't going to solve that. Also, it's been noted some people have issues with vegan diets. I knew a guy in my yoga class who went vegan but kept gaining weight so he had to have some meat in his diet. Everyone's different and we should respect that. Edit: I forgot about the title. I don't hate vegans but of the dozens I met only two were cool about it.
