why? the company gets money for that object when you buy it, why do they still maintain legal ownership over the item if you give them money for it? you arent leasing or renting a shirt, your giving them money for the sole ownership of that item and if you want to sell that item on ebay you are free to do so

when you sell it on ebay you dont really make a profit...the net is still at a loss..so this doesnt count as a buisness.. second hand companies are a buisness so they make profitss
