1% chance that you will get into a car accident when you step behind the wheel
2% chance that you will get pregnant when having unprotected sex
in both instances you are taking a risk, a risk that is very close to each other in percentages
so why cant i say that if your driving and hit someone and that person loses their liver the court cant order that you get hooked up to that person for 9 months to act as their liver?
the answer? *drum roll* bodily autonomy. the government cant tell me to hold something in my uterus when i didn't want it there to begin with

babies arent even at animal levels of sentience in the womb until a couple of months anyways
they just react to stimuli like plants do
when life begins is not technical, but philosophical
which is why though i believe its murder personally, i wont force that on anyone else

i could also bring up that maternity leave is basically nonesistant in America, and that holding a baby takes a toll on the mothers body
your asking her, for 9 months, to vomit and have back pain and have her organs literally smooshed
and then tell her to wrack up medical bills and then push it out of her vagina
and THEN there's the fact that women often times become attached to these children thanks to hormones, so to say "kek if you cant afford it put it up for adoption" can often times be unrealistic
but that's the emotional side of the argument
i hold the well being of a fully functioning and feeling human over a fetus that has the nervous system of a plant

So you are telling me taht just like driving you will take that 2% chance? If you get killed in a car crash you cannot reverse it. Ur analogy does not fit. Because unlike pregnancy you cannot undo a mistake with a car crash. The damage is irreversible. Whether to your car or your body. With abortion not every time does the baby die.

well no the chance is 1% when driving. technically is .94blahblah but i rounded up
i never said you get killed in the car accident. not all car accidents are fatal
in this car accident the dude loses a liver

But you would never be asked to replace his liver since that doesnt always happen but what does always happen? Pregnancy by sex lol

thats why its a hypothetical, to test your logical in every possible case, even if its unrealistic
that's what we use those for

Like you said earlier these "mistakes" happen often enough that abortion clinics are a thing. Which just adds more validity to my claim
