Edit: Story time, because this is a doozy. I know I missed the whole exercise bit of the conversation, but under my circumstance my body is a meh. I use to walk a mile everyday to downtown in boots, run up to buses in boots, running up the stairs to catch up to the train in boots. Why boots? Our family has a dominate genetic code that has us walk like tall hunchbacks that drags the right foot 60* degrees outwards. While our left leads normally. We look alright in physical appearance 7/10sh, because of our Hispanic blood. Heck if we were mostly born ugly my dad wouldn't had a chance to date my mom. Therefore I wouldn't had be born. Its funny how everybody even my brother got it, perhaps he got the worse part of it. So we usually have to wear good boots, or 200$ shoes. I'll pick the boots because I'm cheap, while my bro gets those 200$ Nikes. I use to run on the treadmill for exercising, but the almost clubbed foot makes it unbearable. So every Thursday I do heavy lifting around the pizzeria to keep me on edge! Have you ever carried a bowl of 200 pound dough? Its absolutely invigorating! I wouldn't want to get "swole" because tense muscular structure for a man who paints, writes, and play games will absolutely be a pain. I guess what I'm saying is your best bet to get exercise is some physical labor, or a job that is really f**king far away (since its Miami it be a lot safer to walk). Anyways, the human body sucks. I exercise if needed. Strain my brain all the time so I won't slobber everywhere. As well intentionally go through existential dread whenever possible.
