I don’t like that you have to play with a group of 4, but other then that it looks awesome.

You don't have to play with 4 people. It's 1-4 really. The haunting sites it gives you is based on difficulty and gives you a recommended team number, but you can always ignore it and go in alone. Though, some ghosts are super agro at first and having a team would be good to have someone act as bait. LOL

Oy @jc21095 It just occured to me that If you like the way Phasmophobia looks, you should check out Visage. Very similar but it's a single player (that is if you don't already know about it, been out a minute.) https://youtu.be/l1sOQcHYwE4 One of them, PT copies.
