How to start a conversation when you are looking to date?

XD in fact, I start a conversation with a stranger＜I don't look to date..I only look for minds/friendships＞: 1. read their info 2. ask questions basing off their info. So far, only a couple of people's profiles are interesting enough to me ＜I rarely start conversations unless that person's information/posts evoked my curiosity and we may have a lot topics to discuss＞( ¬_¬)

Normally I ask what their interests are or (if applicable) about what you like about them—flattery can be magic. Perhaps admit that you aren't too good with conversation (usually works for me), so that they may feel inclined to also keep the conversation going. What else comes next is a bit unpredictable. Nonetheless, just act as a good friend or how you'd like to be treated.

"Ay yo gurl waasup? Can I get those digits tho" Jkjk. If you're in any classes together ask for the date, a pencil, or if the hw is due on a certain day. If it's at work, ask for something about opening days on certain holidays. Just anything that will make you guys acquainted. I'm not sure what your situation is, but if you see her irl then maybe give these a shot? If it's online, then it's a little trickier. Probably try to get in the same circle as her and figure out how you guys can "bump" into each other online. If it's Twitter you can comment on something she said. If it's this site, then something similar too? Commentting back on something she's said in the forums might work. Best of luck
