Thoughts about 911?

^ i have to agree with the above "remember remember the 5th of november" nothing even happened on the 5th of november but no one shits on your terrorist holiday and englands done L E A G U E S of horrible shit way worse than america terrorist attacks arent "justice" not when people who did nothing wrong were the ones killed but i mean the thread did say "thoughts on 9/11" and if thats your thought then your free to have it :P its just a dumb fucking one to have

There are memes nowadays regarding 911 which I still think are insensitive especially to those who experienced it and suffered the losses. But yeah I mean, I remember I was just about to be in 5th grade that summer when 911 happened. I was overseas with my mom and sister visiting Frankfurt Germany for a bit and Iran, which is her home country. A very beautiful place to visit for those who haven't. But yeah, It was a scary time though. I saw a video on the TV news in persian broadcasting of an airplane being hijacked and crashed into New York's Twin towers. I was so confused and my relatives were freaking out about how we're going to get back home.

I dont remember it... I remember the years after in class always watching video's or doing projects on the day to commemorate it, but i dont remember where i was or what i was thinking at the time. I saw it as a tragedy, but one that was over inflated compared to what happens in the rest of the world on a daily basis. idk as a kid i prob saw it as a horrible act and couldnt understand why it was done. But now that i also see what the US has done to other countries and now that im older i could see why it would have been done. Or if it was done as a scare tactic why it would be effective. I try not to dwell on it because nothing can be changed about it. But it was deff a monumental day for alot of people
