@dagger I understand and I don't blame you for your logic but at the same time if there are more active moderators and you allow yourself to be the only one who is known to be an active moderator that creates problems as much as it does if you never announced yourself as well. This just comes from my experience as being a leader of a community on an app for over a year. I realize it's not the same as a website moderator but basically I'm the administrator of a community and I still have to deal with some of the same things that you do such as harassment claims, inappropriate content, settling disputes creating events, changing the layout and all of that and more for a community of over 4,000. It seems in my experience it's better either everyone knows more than one person to turn to or you don't know any and you just create a forum where people can Lodge complaints. If you're the only one people know to go to then you become the scapegoat. If another moderator does something that makes it look like you didn't like something well of course everyone's going to come in shit on you because you are the scapegoat. But like I said we're talking about an app versus a website. No matter how similar they are there is still going to be differences so I can't tell you how to do your job, I can just suggest ways that it might make things easier for you, assuming the higher-ups are okay with such decisions. Of course it doesn't help that the administrator here isn't always available for you to go to but sometimes that's just how things are.

i am a mod and if anyone has any problems you can come to me and ill do my best i see dagger as more of an admin than mod because of how active he is in this role and his close connect to seph-dono himself if i need to do somethin moddly, i usually go to him for a second opinion or if the problem is bigger ill ask him to take bigger action

Yeah but that logic tends to fail to say more support for them being extroverted when you get complaints about them asking girls what kind of clothing they're wearing, pretty early in the conversation at that too.
